Recently we went through one of the most interesting yet tough journeys of our lives and Tatyana guided us on every step of this way. Ooh! That was a real roller coaster with many underwater rocks! And also with all that covid thing... We are so happy that it’s over and now we’re enjoying our new house on the lake! But let me tell you this story from the beginning. First we decided to sell our house as fast as we could. But it took couple of months. And I’m sure it would take much longer if Tatyana wasn’t our realtor cause houses in this price range are selling soooo hard right now (as we could see with other houses that were selling nearby). Tatyana did wonders to sell this house and it’s not an exaggeration. She definitely knows some techniques. Her professionalism, optimism, strategy are exceptional. Even when it looked almost impossible for us she could encourage us and find the way (and people) to solve our problem. Oh, and I also should have mentioned that she works with the best and fastest mortgage specialists that we have ever worked with. Day, night, or weekends - Tatyana and her team were always there for us with help and advice. And here we are - pending contract ! Now we have to find our new dream house until our third baby is born and we have about a month left! Sounds nearly impossible, right? Yes, but not with Tatyana! Here was another problem - houses in this price range were selling extremely fast! Best houses could get few offers within first day being on the market... In these hard conditions Tatyana could find very fast a house we really like and convince the sellers that they have to give it to us! Then one more month of ups and downs, fights and even miracles and voila! - we are finally here watching beautiful sunsets along with our big family! And I can definitely tell you - we couldn’t do that without Tatyana. She is the best realtor that you could possibly meet.

We hired Tatyana to help us with the sale of our townhome. We have engaged her a couple of months before we were ready to list it and we are so glad we did. I was not even planning to buy anything this year, thinking real estate dream was out of reach for me given market conditions. Upon consulting with Tatyana, she convinced me that buying a condo was very doable for me. Tatyana is clearly very skilled in negotiations - not only was she able to secure a contract for my offer among all others (including cash ones), she negotiated the purchase price reduction as we went through the transaction (even without appraisal contingency). She kept in touch with my lender and many times helped me understand what I was being asked for.

I can’t start to express how much we appreciate Tatyana as our realtor. Being first-time home buyers, we had no idea where to start and how to approach the search. Tatyana found this REO property for me when I was looking for a good investment, which is hard to find given market conditions and that many houses are overpriced. Despite strong interest to this property from other buyers, she was able to negotiate the contract and secure the deal.
